Jerôme Dreyfuss wanted to continue his quest for functional fashion by designing a refined and innovative everyday accessory that would incorporate a wireless charging solution for smartphones while remaining true to the house's aesthetic. We collaborated to create a leather pouch that was both functional and fashionable.

1.

Prototyping

To achieve the desired concept, we created a first module with wireless charging in both directions, a 3000mAh battery capacity, an On/Off function, and a micro-USB charging port for the pouch.

2.

Rework

Our objective was to have the electronics invisible and blend in with the pouch's design. To maintain a non-technological appearance, we used our Fashion Tech integrator 'know-how' to tailor every component and cover the entire system in goatskin.

Mass Production

After we validated the co-designed solution, we began mass production in three different colors and two materials: brick, gold, and black in goatskin leather or suede. To comply with the regulations of various countries, we obtained certifications such as CE for the European Union, FCC for the United States, KC for Korea, PSE in Japan, and MSDS, UN38.3 and Air/Sea transport identification for global transportation. This enabled our client to sell the product in their various stores all over the world.
